Bafana Bafana legend Benni McCarthy is the only South African to have won the UEFA Champions League trophy, and it is because of his triumph in 2004 with FC Porto that he was given exclusive access to the final in Cardiff this past weekend. Did you see the pictures of his experience?
The 39-year-old was one of the presenters for SuperSport during the match between Juventus and Real Madrid at the Millennium Stadium, and he was also granted pitch-side access to the event.
Benni took to his social media accounts to document the occasion, and posed next to the "Big-Eared" trophy he once swung aloft, while he also met up with his former teammate Jason Roberts.
The former Bucs striker praised Cristiano Ronaldo's display after the 4-1 victory over the Italian giants, and it certainly looked like he had an excellent time at the final.
