Last week, the London side was slapped with a two-window transfer ban after it came to light that the club had illegally signed certain players when they were under the age of 18. This means that, pending an expected appeals process, Chelsea will be unable to make any new additions to the team until June 2020.

Almost a week later, Chelsea posted a story on their website accompanied by a tweet with a headline that read: "Who would you want to sign in the summer?"
