The Galaxy coach says it's important that the team enjoys the moment after the hard work they have put in over the last 13 games.
"The feeling is beautiful, winning against Sundowns, you can't say everyday you've won against Sundowns, so many good players," Beganovic told SuperSport.
"But I'm so proud of my team, how we played tactically and how we played games in February, how we look physically. I'm so proud, all credit to the players.
"We need to enjoy because what we did in the last three months is unbelievable. I'm so happy, I don't know what to say."
Beganovic took over from Sead Ramovic in November and is yet to taste defeat in the Betway Premiership.
Galaxy will be in action on Friday evening as they take on Motsepe Foundation Championship leaders Durban City in the Nedbank Cup last 16.
