It has been claimed that there is now division within an African club's hierarchy after they failed to reach an agreement with Josef Zinnbauer.

The German tactician is now without a job after recently parting ways with Saudi Pro League outfit Al-Wehda. The 54-year-old struggled to get the Knights of Mecca firing during his time at the club, losing all nine matches he was in charge of the Gulf outfit.
While he may not have been successful during his time in the oil-rich kingdom, a place where he still has an outstanding reputation seems to be Morocco. Prior to making his way to Saudi Arabia, the Schwandorf native was in the North African nation leading Raja Club Athletic.
During the 2023/24 season, the former Orlando Pirates boss achieved a historic feat as he helped the Green Eagles become the first side in Moroccan top-flight history to go an entire campaign without suffering defeat, winning both the Botola Pro Inwi and the Moroccan Throne Cup.
With Zinnbauer now without a club, another Moroccan team, MAS Fes, was looking to bring back the man who made history in the league. However, according to Le Site Info Sports, they have struggled to reach an agreement.
The same report claims that there is now division within the club's top brass over who the next coach should be after the dismissal of Guglielmo Arena.
Some are pushing for caretaker coach Akram Roumani to continue leading the club after successfully beating Wydad Athletic Club 4-1 and Union Touarga 3-0.
