After not playing in the league last weekend due to AS FAR Rabat competing in the CAF Champions League against Mamelodi Sundowns, Wydad will now be looking to secure two successive wins in the league for the first time this campaign when they meet JS Soualem in the Botola Pro Inwi on Saturday.
While the Red Castle's opponents may be flirting with relegation, they have already gotten the better of Mokwena's charges in the Excellence Cup, defeating them 1-0 in October.
It is because of this, according to Le Site Info Sports, that the South African tactician has warned his players not to take the team lightly.
The same report claims that the former Mamelodi Sundowns boss told his players that he has been keeping a close eye on their opponets' head coach, Redouane El Haimeur, and was impressed by the playing style he has introduced to his side.
Mokwena urged the Wydad players to focus and make an effort to be prepared for what will be a difficult game.
The record Moroccan champions are yet to win back-to-back matches in the league but will be looking to do so this weekend after their victory over Olympique Safi in their most recent top-flight encounter.
