Prominent African boss Florent Ibenge has claimed that Young Africans' decision to appoint Sead Ramovic as their head coach has disrupted his preparations.

Earlier this month, Yanga decided to part ways with Argentine tactician Miguel Gamondi, replacing him with the ex-TS Galaxy manager.
The German's first match in charge of the Jangwani Street giants will be a challenging continental test as the East African giants are set to face Al Hilal Omdurman.
Ramovic will pit his tactical prowess against one of the most renowned head coaches in Africa, Florent Ibenge.
The Democratic Republic of Congo native previously achieved continental success with Morocco's RS Berkane, winning the 2021/22 CAF Confederation Cup. While it seemed like Ramovic would be the one under pressure, it now appears he might have the upper hand.
Upon his arrival in Dar es Salaam, the 62-year-old revealed that he had been preparing to face a Yanga side set up by Gamondi, admitting that he knew very little about the Stuttgart native's style of play.
"We had studied Gamondi's style of play and tailored our tactics accordingly," Ibenge said, according to The Guardian Tanzania.
"Now, with Ramovic at the helm, we are in the dark about his methods and systems. This makes the match even more challenging, and we must proceed cautiously."
He further stated that his side had been drawn into one of the competition's toughest groups. Alongside Yanga, Al Hilal will face Algerian champions MC Algiers and five-time Champions League winners TP Mazembe.

"Every team in this group is capable of beating the other. It's very balanced, and all four teams have an equal chance of advancing to the quarter-finals," he added.
"Each match will be a battle, and no team can afford to take any opponent lightly."
