After a career which saw him playing for some of the best local teams, recently retired Lebohang Mokoena has named the best 11 players he has played with, including the surprise inclusion of Rivaldo Coetzee.
Mokoena confirmed his retirement earlier this week, almost a year after he had played for his last professional club. He was on the books of Moroka Swallows when he last played in the PSL, having previously donned the jerseys of Orlando Pirates, Mamelodi Sundowns, Ajax Cape Town and Maccabi.

Mokoena started his professional career at Pirates after coming through the ranks and it's no surprise that most of the players in his best 11 are from the Buccaneers. The late Gift Leremi, who was Mokoena's close friend, features in the team, with the likes of Joseph Makhanya and Benedict Vilakazi.
Coetzee is the only one in Mokoena's best 11 that's still playing professional football. He was Coetzee's teammate at Ajax Cape Town (now Cape Town Spurs).
