The story
Bafana goalkeeper Veli Mothwa and midfielder Jayden Adams have pleaded with fans to come and show their passion and support for the national team's 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Uganda.
Hugo Broos' men will look to get off to a winning start when they host Uganda for a Group K clash at the Orlando Stadium on Friday evening and will hope for the same level of support they received at the Toyota Stadium in June against Zimbabwe.
Bafana Bafana, who finished third at this year's AFCON in the Ivory Coast, will look to qualify for the continental tournament for a 12th time and hope to pick up six points in their first two against Uganda and South Sudan.
AmaZulu's Mothwa and Stellenbosch's Adams were posted on Bafana's social media pages, encouraging fans in Gauteng to fill up the Orlando Stadium:
