A Premier League club has now been hit a new charge by the Football Association (FA) following this past weekend's action.
The spokesperson of the English FA has confirmed that newly promoted side Leicester City have been charged for alleged improper conduct on the pitch during their match against Aston Villa on Saturday, 31 August.

The game ended 2-1 in favour of visitors Villa, who kept a 2-0 lead up until the 73rd minute, when Facundo Buonanotte pulled one back for the home side.
This set the stage for a tense finish between the two teams, with Leicester pushing for an equaliser in the late stages of the game. In stoppage time, the Foxes wanted a penalty when Villa midfielder Youri Tielemans collided with Jamie Vardy in the box.
The referee did not award the penalty, which prompted tense protests from some of Leicester's players, including Harry Winks, who was shown a yellow card in the 93rd minute for his heated protest against the match official.
Steve Cooper's side now have until Thursday this week to respond to the charge.

Cooper himself was also booked by the referee, and when asked about it after the match, he told local outlet Leicester Mercury: "I can't remember, to be honest. Everybody in the stadium could have got booked if the ref had got round to it.
"I accepted refereeing is where it is. I have done it before, said things and got fined but I'm not going to do that. You keep fingers crossed because of where refereeing is it doesn't go against you. I realised that more last season where I was away from the games.
"You see it clearly it's behind the curve, the Premier League is the best league int eh world but the refereeing for a number of years has been trying to catch up with that.
"Managers meeting we had in pre-season, the club visits you have from referees, FA, LMA, PL and the clear message was the threshold of tackles and duels was going to be raised. Then we get that.

"Then it's just another reminder of we are where we are. Let's be disappointed with the result, take ownership on the things we need to do better."
