Earlier this week, the three-time African champions declared that they have secured the Bafana Bafana international's services on a season-long loan from Major Soccer League side Toronto FC.
That was, however, not the only business that the three-time African champions have recently concluded in the Americas.
They haverevealed that they have also landed the services of Brazilian starlet Pedro Henrique de Assis from Corinthians.
It had been reported that Wydad head coach Rulani Mokwena and club president Hicham Ait Menna were in Brazil to try and sign the 20-year-old from the South American giants, and their trip has borne fruit.
The attacking midfielder has been plying his trade in the Campeonato Brasileiro Sub-20 this season, where he has made 11 appearances and scored one goal for The Great Team.
Pedro Henrique de Assis, commonly known as Pedrinho, is the youngest of Wydad's acquisitions in this window, and joins a week before the commencement of the new Botola Pro Inwi season.
