The South African tactician is still looking to reinforce his squad before the commencement of the Botola Pro Inwi season on 31 August, and it seems an attacker is a priority.
Earlier this month, the Red Castle were said to be close to signing Moroccan winger Nassim Chadli from Ligue 1 outfit Le Havre, but those talks now look as though they have broken down completely, leading Wydad to look at alternatives.
According to Kooora, their search for a new forward has now taken them to Brazil as Wydad look to sign two stars from the nation.
Mokwena and Menna are believed to have been in attendance for Corinthians' clash against Fluminense this past weekend to monitor two players, with one being Brazilian youngster Pedrinho.
The same report states that the three-time CAF Champions League winners have made strides in their negotiations to sign the player, and the club is said to be determined not to leave the South American nation before signing the 20-year-old.
