A club once managed by Pitso Mosimane could reportedly spend €120 million (R2.4 billion) to sign one of Africa's leading strikers in the coming transfer window.

Italian outlet Il Mattino has claimed that Saudi Arabian giants Al Ahli could look to trigger Victor Osimhen's release clause at Napoli ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.
The Nigeria international has scored an impressive 76 goals in 133 matches for the Italian side since his arrival in 2020, and has been monitored for a long time by clubs across Europe.
With Napoli reportedly unwilling to reduce their asking price for the 25-year-old, it appears the only realistic chance teams have of landing his signature is by meeting the buyout clause in his deal.
That figure is believed to stand at €120 million and has seemingly not deterred Al Ahli, whom Mosimane guided to promotion back to the Saudi Pro League in 2023.
It must be noted, however, that the Arsenal- and Paris Saint-Germain-linked forward has given no indication he would be willing to join the Middle East club.
Premier League side Chelsea have also been credited with an interest in the former Lille striker, who has scored 21 goals in 35 matches for the Super Eagles in his seven years as an international.

Osimhen himself, in the past, has expressed a desire to play in England, so it therefore remains to be seen whether or not the player would be open to moving to the Middle East this early in his career.
