Andile Jali has decided to carry on playing professionally, as agent Mike Makaab confirmed that a recent meeting with the player was a fruitful one.
There were talks that the player was considering retirement, but that has now been put to bed with his agent confirming that the former Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates player is still motivated to play the game.

"What Andile has decided, and I think you are probably the first person I have spoken to, is that he wants to continue playing. The minute Andile wants to continue playing, the first thing he does is that he gets himself physically and mentally into the right shape," Makaab told Soccer Laduma.
"Last week, on Thursday, him and I had our final discussion and he is 100 percent into continuing with his career. So, we will start engaging clubs and see what the interest is. It's got to be a good project for both parties."
Makaab further explained what a good project would be for the 34-year-old midfielder.
"Andile has a lot to offer in terms of experience. You must understand that he has also been on the continent, in terms of playing continental football for Sundowns. He has also played in Europe, so he brings a wealth of experience to the football field. It needs to be a football club that sees that experience as important for their club. Andile needs to feel that the project is important to him, that he is playing where he can make a difference," Makaab explained.

"Andile does not want to play for the sake of playing and I am sure football clubs would not want to employ Andile Jali for the sake of employing him."
