The Siya crew has been given insight into what players at Moroka Swallows are feeling following reports that chairman David Mogashoa could be open to selling the club.
Indications are that Mogashoa is looking at the possibility of selling the club, with the Siya crew being informed that the chairman "is tired", having gone through so much since buying the status of the Dube Birds a few years ago.

The club's struggles have been well documented in the media, with challenges including not being able to secure a main sponsor to help them keep up with the financial demands of running a club in the top flight. A few months ago, the club was at loggerheads with players over alleged unpaid monies, leading to the departure of players such as Andile Jali, Wandisile Letlabika and coach Steve Komphela.
An insider told the Siya crew that there is no panic yet from players and will wait until June 24, when they return to start preparing for the new season, to hear what the chairman has to say.
A player speaking under anonymity, on behalf of a group of Swallows players, spoke to the Siya crew about the situation.
"The club has not disclosed anything to us. We are not sure if the things we are reading about are true or not. If the club had disclosed anything to us, then we were going to be worried. But, for now, nothing has been said to us, so I can't really worry because we have not heard from the horse's mouth," the unnamed player said to the Siya crew.

"We had a meeting after the last game. They did not talk about the club being sold. They told us that we must be back on the 24th. Those are the last words we heard from the team. If there are any changes, then maybe they should have called and told us. So, we don't need to worry until we hear from the horse's mouth."
Soccer Laduma contacted Swallows for comment but no response was received by the time this report was published.
