What's the story?
This week's SL Car Feature sees us swooning over Luke Fleurs' bright red Volkswagen speedster.
The free agent, linked with a move to the Glamour Boys, would undoubtedly have a standout whip at the Kaizer Chiefs Village if his assessment at the club is successful.

Car Feature: Luke Fleurs
Nicknamed the "Ferrari" by Swedish-based baller Tashreeq Matthews, Luke Fleurs' red VW car undoubtedly turns heads wherever he drives.
Hoping to secure a move to Amakhosi, Fleurs will fit right in with the VW drivers at the club such as Ashley Du Preez, Tebogo Potsane, Given Msimango and Pule Mmodi to name a few.
The ex-SuperSport United defender parted ways with Matsatsantsa after agreeing on a contract termination and has been assessed at Naturena for several weeks now.
Fleurs is a proud owner of the VW Polo R-line, which comes with a recommended retail price of R456 800, according to VW South Africa's website.
As you can see with a host of Volkswagen-owning PSL players, the Polo is one of the most popular models. This ride is revered by ballers and is a staple of the German automaker in South Africa due to its widespread popularity here in Mzansi.
With a top speed of 200 km/h, this red-coloured machine, which comes with a turbocharged engine, accelerates from 0-100km/h real quick! In 11.3 seconds to be exact. It may not be as quick as a GTI (which goes from 0-100 in around six seconds), but you get to pay way less, and still get an aesthetically pleasing VW, comfortable, with modern technology and a panoramic sunroof!

To brave the Johannesburg cold, Fleurs' ride keeps him warm through its heated leather seats and will keep him safe on the road as the ride also boasts a brake assist, stability control and a passenger knee airbag according to Cars.co.za's description of the car.
In places such as Durban, a red VW Polo has become a staple for many in the heartbeat of the city and Fleurs' vibrant ride will serve as the perfect summer ride as we edge closer to December.
There are plenty of things both on the aesthetics and performance sides that make this VW Polo an absolute must-have!
As reported by News 24 in November last year, the VW Polo is one of the best-selling nameplates in South Africa and rivals the Toyota Hilux in terms of monthly sales, with approximately 2 000 units finding owners.
The article also pointed out an obvious downside of owning this eye-catching ride, which is the theft of exterior parts like the car's badges, headlights, rims and even aerials, similar to Ramahlwe Mphahlele whose white Polo was stripped over the weekend.
