Saturday's loss to AmaZulu, which saw them being dumped out of the Carling Knockout appeared to be the straw that broke the camel's back, this after reliable Siya sources informed the crew that Ntseki and his assistant coach Arthur Zwane are set to be relieved of their duties.
The source indicated that the duo were called into a meeting by the Chiefs hierarchy on Monday and were apparently informed of their fate.
Ntseki, since being appointed by Chiefs in June as the replacement for Zwane has faced 13 matches in total as Amakhosi head coach.
From that, he has managed just four wins in all competitions, three draws and the most worrying result has been his six defeats, two of which have come in cup competitions.
The club are yet to release an official statement; however, Siya sources have informed the crew that a decision on the duo is close.
Soccer Laduma reported earlier today how Chiefs could be looking to reshuffle their technical team.
Ntseki when asked about his future refused to comment after the loss to Usuthu, saying that it was not the correct platform to address the matter.
The Siya crew will keep you updated on this matter!
