With Joao Felix making it known that he would love to sign for Barcelona, the LALIGA champions will reportedly try to acquire the forward, but only on one condition.

According to Fichajes, Blaugrana head coach Xavi Hernandez has insisted the club must first buy a right-back and another midfielder before attempting to make Felix's arrival a reality.
In a recent interview with transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the 23-year-old made it clear that he wants to play at the Camp Nou, but their 43-year-old manager wants the abovementioned additions made to his squad before he will sanction making a move for the Atletico Madrid man.
The five-time European champions are said to be close to completing the transfer of fullback Joao Cancelo from Manchester City, with the same report claiming that deal will be a loan with an option to buy.
The Catalan giants are understood to also be keen on Cancelo's teammate at international and club level, Bernardo Silva. The Spanish giants are known long-term admirers of the diminutive playmaker, but that economic operation is likely to prove too costly, so they have reportedly turned their attention to Argentina international Giovani Lo Celso instead.
While Xavi is believed to be a fan of Felix, however, he has also acknowledged that there will need to be more outgoings at Barca if the young striker is to make his way to Catalonia.

The sales of Clement Lenglet and Sergino Dest look almost certain, but it is felt that one of Ansu Fati or Ferran Torres is also going to have to leave if Barca are to accrue the funds needed to make a bid for Felix.
