Young Africans SC (Yanga), in collaboration with the Zanzibar Government, invited Kaizer Chiefs to visit the picturesque islands.
In a delegation led by the Yanga's president, the players as well as Bobby Motaung received a warm welcome from the island's locals and visited the Zanzibar president.

Amakhosi visit Zanzibar
Following their 1-0 defeat against Yanga on Saturday evening, the Glamour Boys were afforded the opportunity to visit the Zanzibar Islands, curtesy of their Tanzanian hosts and the Island's government.
A delegation led by Yanga's president Hersi Ally Said and the club's vice president Arafat A Haji, the players and the staff got to explore several tourist sites and historical places in Zanzibar.
The Soweto giants enjoyed a boat ride close to the Karibu Beach Resort and received a uniquely Zanzibar welcome from enthusiastic locals.

Amakhosi also visited the President of Zanzibar, Hussein Ali Mwinyi, at the Zanzibar State House and he advertised the island's tourism through sports, as stated by the club on Instagram.
Led by Bobby Motaung, the club also went to see the widow of Zanzibar's first president and Yanga SC board member, Mother Fatma Karume, who told them about the history of the Tanzanian giants.
