Pitso Mosimane's former club is reportedly in talks with a forward who has been capped on 55 occasions for Brazil, just weeks after the South African manager's departure.

The ex-Mamelodi Sundowns boss has started a new adventure in the United Arab Emirates following his exit from Saudi Arabian side Al Ahli.
After winning promotion at the first time of asking in the Middle East, Mosimane revealed he had not been paid in the months prior to his departure being made official, before he joined Al Wahda.
This means he will miss the advantages that will come with the Saudi Public Investment Fund's recent investment into Al Ahli, which has already led to a reported agreement to sign Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, they are now in talks to land outgoing Liverpool legend Roberto Firmino.

The 55-time Selecao star has already bid farewell to Reds fans and his teammates in England as his deals is set to expire officially at the end of this month.

Firmino is the latest high-profile star targeted by the Saudi Pro League in a bid to grow the division's profile, with N'Golo Kante and Karim Benzema having recently followed Cristiano Ronaldo to the Gulf country.
