With just two games to go before the end of the campaign, Chiefs' wait for a trophy will stretch into its eighth season as they were bundled out of the Nedbank Cup this weekend, while a CAF Champions League spot appears to have slipped out of their hands.
Naturally, Amakhosi have cast an eye on the upcoming season and are understood to be getting their house in order with regards to their players.
Well-placed Siya sources have informed the crew that Chiefs have decided against continuing with Sabelo Radebe and Austin Dube.
The source informed the crew that Radebe has been informed that he will go out on loan as he does not form part of Arthur Zwane's immediate plans. The club, however, are keen to ensure the youngster gets adequate game-time, preferably at a topflight club.
Dube meanwhile, will bring his two-year stay with the club to an end. The defender made just one appearance this season and is 'definitely' leaving Chiefs, according to the source.
