According to Football Insider, Chelsea are keeping a close eye on Brazil's all-time top goalscorer ahead of the upcoming transfer window.
The Blues have endured a torrid 2022/23 campaign, and despite spending more than €600 million (R12 billion) on new players this season, are expected to once again invest significantly in the squad in the next few months, with the 31-year-old potentially being a marquee arrival.
PSG have becoming increasingly frustrated with their lack of success in the UEFA Champions League, and will reportedly be looking to also make wholesale changes to their squad come the end of the season.
The French giants are said to want to get rid of some of their superstars and take the club in a different direction. It is claimed they are already anticipating Lionel Messi's departure from the club and, although they may not be keen on the Argentine's exit, they are believed to be open to a Neymar sale.
The skilful winger arrived at the Parc des Prince from Barcelona for a world-record fee of €222 million (4.2 billion) in 2017, but while Les Parisiens may not recoup all the money they paid the Blaugrana, they will want a sizeable fee for the Selecao talisman, and given the amount of money Chelsea have spent this season, they might be able to afford the South American's transfer fee and wages.

In order for the west Londoners to afford the former Santos and Barca man, though, they will likely have to sell multiple players of their own to avoid infringing on any Financial Fair Play rules.
