The Croatian's current contract in Madrid will expire at the end of this campaign, amid reports he is in talks with the club regarding a potential extension.
According to AS, there are some doubts over the player's future at the 14-time UEFA Champions League winners after he received a formal proposal from a team in Saudi Arabia.
The report claims that Modric has been offered €50 million over the course of two years from an unnamed team in the Saudi Pro League, although it has previously been suggested that Cristiano Ronaldo's Al Nassr is the club interested.
It is said that Real know they will not be able to offer the former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder nearly as much, but there is hope he will decide to continue in Spain.
However, there are concerns that his unwillingness to hang up his boots on the international stage could impact his club form, and there is also a feeling that Los Blancos will move for Borussia Dortmund's Jude Bellingham.
