EA Sports has announced the starting dates for the UEFA Women's Champions League and released the trailer for the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) for FIFA 23.
The FIFA 23 game manufacturers adamant on growing the women's game and expanding their gaming audience to be more inclusive.

Women's football on FIFA 23
In efforts to help grow the popularity of the women's game, EA Sports has introduced some of the biggest women's football competitions to FIFA 23.
Starting 15 March, the UEFA Women's Champions League and the NWSL will make its way to EA's premier football game in a title update.
The announcements of the start dates to these premier women's competitions coincides with International Women's Day that was commemorated on Wednesday, 8 March.

The trailer for the NWSL was released and South African gamers can get excited for the addition of this league to FIFA 23 because it allows them the chance to play with Banyana Banyana star Thembi Kgatlana, who's at Racing Louisville.
Ballers such as Sophia Smith, Trinity Rodman and Lo'eau LaBonta all feature on the trailer, including their trademark celebrations:
The UEFA Women's Champions League will afford gamers the opportunity to play with the best Women's football teams in the world.
Cover star, Sam Kerr's Chelsea competing with Catarina Macario's Olympique Lyonnais Feminin and Alex Popp's Wolfsburg side will add an exciting new dimension to FIFA 23.
FC Barcalona Femeni will also be an exciting team to play on the FIFA 23, with gamers hoping to replicate their on-pitch dazzle through their consoles.
EA Sports also teamed up with designer Harkiran "Harky" Kalsi to design a special set of kits and boots to celebrate International Women's Day on the game:
