With Marcus Rashford being one of Europe's most in-form strikers, he has been attracting interest from the continent's most elite sides. Here is the latest regarding his future!
Surprise European Club 'Want' Greenwood
Rashford is the most prolific marksman in Europe's top five leagues in 2023, having found the back of the net 10 times in 12 appearances in all competitions already this year, and according to Bild, Bayern Munich see the Englishman as a possible replacement for the recently-departed Robert Lewandowski.
The Poland striker left the Allianz Arena for Barcelona at the beginning of the season, and while Cameroonian Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting has been good for the Bavarians in this campaign, it seems the record Bundesliga winners would like a more long-term replacement for Lewandowski and see Rashford as a possible fit.
The same report claims that Bayern have been keeping tabs on Rashford since his exploits at the 2022 FIFA World Cup, and have been impressed with the Manchester native's displays since.
In December, the Red Devils decided to activate the one-year option they had in the 25-year-old's deal, which ties him to United until 2024.
Should the German champions wish to sign the England international in the next transfer window, the forward will likely command a massive transfer fee, in which case the Bundesliga side would be willing to wait another year to try to entice him to sign for them as a free agent.
It will not be easy for Bayern to secure Rashford's services, though, with United heavily tipped to offer the forward a lucrative deal to stay at his boyhood club beyond June 2024.

Earlier this week, it was reported that the forward had turned down the opportunity to join Barcelona back in 2019 because of his relative youth, but four years later, the forward could be more open to plying his trade abroad.
