Lover Boys FC and Leaf Apparel recently dropped its third collaborative effort together, this time, roping in kit manufacturers Vecchio.
The four-piece collection features a range of kits and activewear that's crafted to tell a tale of respect, progress and unity.

Lover Boys x Leaf Apparel x Vecchio
For their third collab, Leaf Apparel and Lover Boys FC worked with Vecchio to produce some fresh, streetwear-ready football kits and activewear.
The collection features a wavy home, away jerseys, along with training gear. The kits reinterpret icon logos from Pirelli and Opel.
The logos of the Lover Boys, Leaf Apparel and Vecchio are creatively displayed on all the pieces, showcasing designs that are unique and that won't look out of place on the pitch and on the streets.
Leaf Apparel's Instagram page revealed why this collab effort was important to the brands involved:
"Shared values and mutual respect allow for a collaborative project that truely reflects the notion that we are always better when we are together."

The previous collaboration between Lover Boys and Leaf saw their pieces being exhibited in April last year at the Football's Black Gaze exhibition in London.
Vecchio has a strong legacy in social, grassroots, semi pro and professional football in SA and their collaboration with Cape Town's contemporary streetwear giants could see football lovers engage with the brand in a new way.
The lines that used to separate football and fashion are blurred now more than ever and this collab proves it.
Other South African brands such as Refuse Studios, RichManSkyf, and Kasi Flavour 10 have all dropped stunning football pieces in recent time, showing that football's relationship with the fashion world is set to reach new highs in 2023.
