With Orlando Pirates having unveiled their latest signing, a mentor who had prophesized about the star's future has opened up on the latest developments.
In March last year, former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Sipho Khuse revealed to the Siya crew his prediction about Makhehleni Makhaula and Ben Motshwari potentially playing alongside each other for Pirates.

The Buccaneers confirmed Makhaula's signing from AmaZulu on Tuesday and Khuse has delivered a message for the midfield strongman and his old friend about what he once told them back in those days in the third tier league while playing Trabzon FC.
"I still remember what I predicted and it is fulfilling that it has now happened. When the announcement was made, I was like, 'God has answered my prayers.' I am happy about what has transpired over the last 24 hours because I predicted it," said Khuse, speaking to the Siya crew.

"During the FIFA World Cup break, I did meet Makhaula and we spoke. He had come home for the break and I was interested to know what was going to happen regarding his future and he did indicate to me that something was definitely going to happen. Although he didn't give the details, I knew that it was time for him to go to bigger things. Here we are and it has happened, and I'm very proud," he said.
"I'm very proud of both players, and like you say, I said this and the boys can tell you what I said to them from those years ago already about what has now happened. I was with them in the then Vodacom League, which is now called the ABC Motsepe League, and I told them that I pictured them partnering each other in the midfield of Pirates. I'm delighted that God has granted that wish. It will mean a lot to me to see that happening (on the field) before my eyes.
"To both players, my message is, when what finally happens, they should just remember the day I predicted it. I will be keen to see how they would be able to deliver. To Makhehleni and Ben, when the day arrives for you to play alongside each at Pirates, please remember the day I first played you together at centre-back. We were playing against one of our tough opponents at the time, which was Yebo Yes FC and we were grinding points, and both of you did not disappoint.

"In our last game of that season against Atlie FC, we were trailing 2-0 at half time with both of them playing as centre-backs. As I entered the dressing room, they were already there and they immediately raised their hands and signalling to me that they had something to say, without me having even started talking. Ben spoke first and told me, 'Coach, we are changing this, we've got nothing to lose here.' Makhaula went up front for the second half and Ben moved to the middle and we scored two goals with the first goal coming from Motshwari and the second from Makhaula and we went level on 2-2 although in the end we lost 3-2.
"I remember going to the match officials at full time to complain about their time management and what shocked me was how the referee responded to me to say I should please forget about the time and those things and should aim at getting a club at higher level for the two players in my next mission as they were good enough to play in the Vodacom League in his opinion. He singled out only these two players from our team and was referring to them by their jersey numbers. As they say, the rest is history!" concluded the mentor.
