Mothers of Achraf Hakimi and coach Walid Regragui have gone viral for their wholesome moments with their sons at the World Cup.
Hakimi's mom first went viral after Morocco's dominant win over Belgium and Regragui was seen embracing his mother and family after their Round of 16 win over Spain.

Moroccans and their loving mothers
The Atlas Lions have already won over fans around the world with their heroics on the pitch. Heart-warming moments between the players, Regragui and their families has made the team even more endearing.
PSG's Hakimi has made a habit of heading straight to his mother after a win to get a cheeky pinch and kiss from her, in moments that will warm the hearts of sporting parents the world over.

Hakimi has mentioned in the past how hard his parents had to work back in Madrid. His mother cleaned houses and his father was a street vendor, this World Cup run is big deal for the entire Hakimi family.

Coach Walid Regragui also shared a special moment with his mother after the Spain win. He went over to hug his mother who has, reportedly, never been able to travel to watch him as a player or as a coach.
Walid Regragui's mother Fatima who has lived in Paris for more than 50 years has never traveled to watch him as a player or coach but he insisted she comes to the World Cup in Qatar.

As per Al Jazeera, Regragui and the President of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, Fouzi Lekjaa, made sure that the family members picked by the players in the squad are given an all-inclusive trip to Qatar.
With the families also staying at the Wyndham Doha West Bay Hotel, it gives the players that extra motivation to succeed.
