Kaizer Chiefs' returning sportswear partner Kappa, together with club Marketing and Commercial Director Jessica Motaung have shared what they have in store for the supporters.
Chiefs announced recently that the club has reunited with Kappa as the club's official technical sponsor and licensing partner from the 2023/24 season on an initial five-year contract. The sports manufacturing giant, in collaboration with Chiefs have outlined what they have to offer.

Kappa Executive Vice Chairman Lorenzo Boglione and Motaung revealed that the partnership will go beyond just focusing on the design for the technical side but will also focus on lifestyle offerings.
"We're a sports brand and for sure sports and performance are at the core of our positioning. But on the other side, Kappa is also lifestyle and it's also fashion," Boglione said from the company's headquarters in Italy, in a video presentation posted by Chiefs on the club's official YouTube Channel.
"And we want to create this bridge between sports and fashion and we think there's no better team and no better place to this than Africa and South Africa and Chiefs are for sure the best team to do this," Motaung said Amakhosi were excited to be going back to their roots, reuniting with sports brand they had great success with in the past.
"Well it's a rekindling, we look back at our history and said who were the partners we were with, where there's great success, where there's a heritage and for us Kappa was the answer," Motaung said in the same video presentation.
"We're so excited to be back and reunited and we're looking forward to leveraging, not just the football and technical space but actually providing our supporters with fantastic lifestyle products and that for me is very exciting.
"And you're in the right place for that, this is exactly what we do," Boglione chipped in.
"It's what we want to continue doing and again we have the full support from the headquarters to build the best lifestyle and sports range for the Kaizer Chiefs fans."
Motaung urged Boglione to touch on the importance of history, which will form part of their thinking behind the designs and the Kappa Vice Chairman pointed out that they are no stranger to being innovative.
"That's exactly what we do, we try to be as real as possible to the heritage of our brand and the brands we work with and the football teams we work with, but always being extremely modern," Boglione continued.

"You must know that Kappa has always been innovating in the jersey space, we were the first brand to actually wear skinny and tight and elastic jerseys back in the year 2000 when we were sponsoring the Italian football team at the World Cup and it was a huge innovation.
"And every single brand followed, so we will continue innovating, we will innovate together and we will make the best kits Chiefs ever had," he added.
Motaung also went on to say that the club is looking forward to the Chiefs brand taking Kappa to the rest of the world.
"What I'm excited about is this is about collaboration and that's what I see, having being here in Italy, meeting the team, yourself (Boglione) and working with everybody is so exciting," she carried on.
"And we look forward to the Chiefs brand taking Kappa to the rest of the world too," she concluded.
