Orlando Pirates defender and captain Innocent Maela has commented on the upcoming eagerly awaited match against Kaizer Chiefs.
Maela was ruled out for the MTN8 final against AmaZulu after picking an injury against Chiefs and after some earlier concerns that the defender could miss this weekend's Soweto derby in the Carling Black Label Cup, there have been hopes after he returned to training.

While he avoided to speak much on facing Chiefs, Maela confirmed that the Bucs camp is oozing with confidence with the players positive about the upcoming match and have left no stone unturned in preparing for their rivals.
"From the players' side, the talk will always be the same going into matches, we are positive, we are motivated, excited to perform and compete to the best of our abilities regardless of our opponents," said Maela, speaking to the media.
