Chiefs, via their official website confirmed that Khune is dealing with a knee tendon injury, while the Burundi international has been ruled out with a groin strain.
Both players also missed Chiefs' 1-0 Soweto Derby win over Orlando Pirates, with Yusuf Maart's wonder strike sealing all three points for Amakhosi.
