Newly appointed AmaZulu coach Romain Folz has arrived at the club to take charge of the team ahead of the important match against Orlando Pirates.
Folz was announced as the new coach of Usuthu on Sunday morning, after the Durban-based club parted ways with their previous coach Brandon Truter last week.

Sources have confirmed that at the time of his announcement, Folz was travelling to Mzansi from France where he had been attending to some issues, though he has since landed to take charge of his first training session with the team in preparation of his first match in charge against the Buccaneers.
Ironically, the French-Moroccan tactician's last match in the dugout was against Bucs, when he was still with Marumo Gallants.

"The coach (Folz) has arrived in Durban to begin his in new role as the head coach of AmaZulu. He has been in France this past week to do something with the French federation, but he has since come back, following the announcement on the weekend that he has been appointed as the new coach of AmaZulu. He is looking forward to beginning in the role in preparation for the match against Pirates. He is targeting that match for a good start," said the source.
AmaZulu are scheduled to face Pirates at the Orlando Stadium on Friday.
Meanwhile, AmaZulu have since confirmed that Kamaal Saait and Johan Abselon who served as assistant coach and goalkeeper trainer respectively under Truter, have left the club.
"We would like to thank coach, Kamaal Saait and Johan Abselon for their service to AmaZulu. All parties agreed to a mutual parting of ways in respect of the recent changes. I wish them all the best in their future endeavours," club president Sandile Zungu said in a statement issued by Usuthu.
"With that said the changes mean that in the goalkeeping department we will be welcoming Musa Langa as goalkeeper coach in the interim, while the valuable services of Siyabonga Nomvethe will be retained under the reserve team," said Zungu.
