SuperSport United face off against Mamelodi Sundowns in what is predicted to be a revenge match for Stuart Baxter's charges after Masandawana demolished their city rivals 5-0 last week.

Barcelona will be hoping to bounce back in their second leg UEFA Champions league encounter against Juventus, however, Juve will not be a walkover.

Monaco go into their UEFA Champions league encounter as favourites as they take on Borussia Dortmund after securing a 3-2 away win. Dortmund's recent form puts them on the back-foot going into this encounter.

Cape Town City host Bidvest Wits in an ABSA Premiership league encounter. This match is important for both sides as they tussle for league honours.

SuperSport Utd v Mamelodi Sundowns (Absa Premiership)

League rankings: SuperSport 5th Sundowns 4th

Useful facts: Sundowns are slowly regaining their form with two consecutive wins last week. More importantly, the first was a 5-0 demolition of their next opponents, SuperSport, and that was their 12th win in their last 21 league games against Stuart Baxter's team.

Siyabonga Nkosi: Sundowns

Barcelona v Juventus (Champions League)

League rankings: Barcelona 2nd (La Liga) Juventus 1st (Serie A)

Useful facts: Barcelona will need to pull off another miracle, after doing so when they lost 4-0 to PSG in the first leg of the round of 16 and won the overall tie after a 6-1 home win. However, Juventus have kept a clean sheet in seven of their last nine Champions League games and, for them to concede at least four goals seems highly unlikely.

Siyabonga Nkosi: Juventus

Monaco v Borussia Dortmund (Champions League)

League rankings: Monaco 1st (Ligue 1) Dortmund 4th (Bundesliga)

Useful facts: Going into this game with three away goals and a 3-2 aggregate lead puts Monaco in a favourable position. Dortmund also lost two of their last four games, while Monaco won all of theirs in that timeframe. But Dortmund have scored at least twice in nine of their last 11 Champions League games, so you can expect lots of goals, whichever way the result goes.

Siyabonga Nkosi: Monaco

Cape Town City v Wits (Absa Premiership)

League rankings: Cape Town City 1st Wits 3rd

Useful facts: Wits have won six of their last eight Absa Premiership games, but City's form is identical, as both teams come into this one understanding that it's a potential title decider. However, including City's matches as the club formerly known at Mpumalanga Black Aces, this game has tended to end up in a stalemate, with six of the last 13 encounters ending in draws. Should each team come away with just a point, all the other title contenders will be very happy.

Siyabonga Nkosi: Wits
