It's believed Wydad are considering a move for the Burundi international, who is believed to be on the verge of parting ways with Amakhosi despite having arrived less than a year ago.
Bimenyimana finished the 2022/23 season as the second highest goal scorer for Chiefs, with eight goals in 22 matches in all competitions but has found himself completely on the periphery of then head coach Arthur Zwane's side.
The Siya crew has been informed that the Moroccan giants are in the market for a striker and have earmarked the 24-year-old as a possible addition.
It's understood that the lanky striker signed a two-year deal with Amakhosi, which is set to expire in June next year, meaning that Wydad will have to negotiate a transfer fee for the player.
Chiefs will look to open up a foreign spot on their books with Edmilson Dove (Mozambique), Edson Castillo (Venezuela), Christian Basomboli (DR Congo) and Thatayaone Ditlhokwe currently making up the club's foreign quota.
