Meanwhile, there has been an update on the court case involving the winger where due to a car accident, a life was tragically lost.
On Tuesday, Mogaila made his second appearance before the Tembisa Magistrates Court for the culpable homicide case that he is facing.
The 29-year-old found himself on the wrong side of the law after he was involved in a motor vehicle accident in Tembisa on the East Rand of Gauteng, in October 2024.
A nine-year-old girl who was being transported to school in a car by her mother lost her life during the accident after Mogaila's car collided with theirs. The 13-year-old neighbour who was also in the car is reported to have survived the accident.
The mother and the neighbour sustained serious injuries and were admitted to a hospital, while Mogaila escaped with minor injuries.
After handing himself over to the police, the football star was granted bail in November 2024 after being charged with culpable homicide, reckless and negligent driving and fleeing the scene.
Following his court appearance yesterday, the state prosecutor requested a postponement to allow for enough time to have relevant processes completed, including the post-mortem results and the J88 medical reports.
The case has been postponed to May 19.

Regarding the speedy player's future with Babina Noko, indications are that all is not looking promising at the moment.
"He hasn't been training with the rest of his teammates in the first team. At this stage, it is unclear what the future has in store for him, but from what I know, it (the absence from training) has got to do with the case and the club would like for it to be finalised first before making a decision. But it's not looking good," said a close source.
