AmaZulu co-coach Arthur Zwane has credited his side's recent success to the impressive form of 24-year-old Rowan Human, who has emerged as one of the standout performers in the team this season.
Human, who was awarded the Man of the Match in their 2-2 draw against Kaizer Chiefs, has been instrumental in AmaZulu's attacking play, providing key assists for both Tshepang Moremi and Kambindu in the match.
This marks Human's second successive Man of the Match award, a remarkable feat that highlights his growing influence within the team. After struggling for game time under former coach Pablo Franco last season, Human has experienced a significant turnaround in form, becoming an integral part of AmaZulu's setup.
In discussing Human's resurgence, Zwane revealed the key behind the young midfielder's transformation and how he has been able to push the player to reach his full potential. Zwane pointed to his experience in working with young players in development structures, which has allowed him to understand how to motivate and challenge them to excel.
"Look, I think our advantage, myself and coach Kanu, is us being in the development structures for quite some time and trying to understand how these players, especially the young players, do things," Zwane said after the match.

"Sometimes you become too harsh on them, but you also look at the situation and see, can you be able to take the pressure? And if you can, you challenge him because you want to get the best out of him."
Zwane further explained that Human has responded positively to the pressure and has shown that he is capable of reaching another level of performance. The coach expressed his belief that the young midfielder has the potential to become a key player for AmaZulu in the long run.
"He's one of the players that have shown that and responded positively, and we needed now to take him to another level to push him because he can be a player that is very, very important for the club in a very long time. And which is good because it's also the investment of the club," Zwane continued.
"It's always good for us to see the youngsters doing well for themselves and also carrying the team. And I think this is the season of youngsters doing very well. So we're also trying to push all the youngsters that we have, we want to give them the opportunity," Zwane concluded.
