Josephs worked as the goalkeeper coach for Usuthu while Manousakis was McCarthy's assistant.
The former Orlando Pirates and Bafana Bafana goalkeeper played a big role in Usuthu finishing in second place on the log in the 2020/21 season as the team qualified for the CAF Champions League.

Josephs took to social media to confirm that he is coaching kids at Emmarentia Primary School.
"Start of my new coaching journey with Emmarentia Primary School," tweeted the ex-goalie.
