Mamelodi Sundowns star Lucas Ribeiro Costa has been awarded again for his brilliance this season, claiming the Betway Premiership Player of the Month for February.
Earlier this season, the Brazilian won the player of the month award for September and October and has received it again for his fine displays for the Tshwane giants. Ribeiro has also won the goal of the month award for the solo effort against Soweto giants Orlando Pirates.

Ribeiro, who scored a cracker this past weekend against Kaizer Chiefs to get March off to a banger, has been phenomenal for the Tshwane giants, as they have opened up an 18 point lead at the top of the standings.
During the month of February, the left-footed attacker was involved in eight goals, contributing with five goals and three assists, as many have already tipped him for the footballer of the season award.
Sundowns coach Miguel Cardoso, meanwhile, has won the Coach of the Month award for the second time, after claiming it in January.
Cardoso led Sudowns to six victories in seven matches, putting the club in a good position to claim an eighth consecutive title.

The awards are a big boost for Sundowns who face Golden Arrows at Mpumalanga Stadium in Hammersdale, KZN, this evening.
