A formal approach is likely to be made to Kaizer Chiefs about a defender whose services are needed elsewhere in the League for the second half of the season.
As reported by the Siya crew, Chiefs have Zitha Kwinika facing an uncertain future with the club due to his lack of game time.

Under coach Nasreddine Nabi so far this season, Kwinika hasn't played any official matches, with only a few appearances on the bench on odd occasions.
The centre-back is on his second spell with Chiefs after he was re-signed from Stellenbosch FC in 2022 under Arthur Zwane who was the head coach at the Soweto giants at the time.
The Amakhosi development product had initially left the club in 2015 and went on to feature for a few clubs, including Chippa United and Bidvest Wits among others, before making a return to Naturena more than two years ago via the Cape Winelands.

As indicated by close sources, Zwane who is now coaching AmaZulu FC alongside Vusumuzi Vilakazi is understood to be keen on reuniting with Kwinika as part of plans to guide the KwaZulu-Natal giants further up on the Betway Premiership log after a slow start to the season.
"Kaizer Chiefs defender Zitha Kwinika is on the radar of AmaZulu. His name has been mentioned in the discussions, and it is Arthur Zwane who was his coach at Chiefs who wants him. Arthur knows the player well and he rates him highly and that's why he sees a role for him to play at AmaZulu," said the source.
