Real Madrid Chief 'Unhappy' With Ancelotti Stance
It has been a challenging season so far for Real Madrid, despite the fact that they remain in a strong position in both LALIGA and the Champions League.

The packed fixture schedule has led to a considerable number of injuries, with the midfield area being particularly affected. As a result, Luka Modric has been required to play more minutes than initially planned.
Modric has also been relied upon as a starter in crucial matches, including those against Liverpool and AC Milan—two games that Real ultimately lost.
Despite this, Carlo Ancelotti remains confident in his ability to start these fixtures, even at the age of 39. However, Florentino Perez and some members of Real's board are reportedly less pleased with this, according to Relevo.
Perez holds Modric in high regard for his immense contributions to Real over the last 12 years, but he believes the Croatian should not be playing a significant role in the club's most important matches.

It remains to be seen whether Modric will start any more high-profile games during the second half of the season.
