Although Kaizer Chiefs advanced to the Last 16 of the Nedbank Cup, it was only in the second half of the game against Golden Arrows that they scored, with the first goal coming in the 52nd minute.
Head coach Steve Komphela admitted that it was a game of two halves as the Glamour Boys only came to the party in the second 45 minutes.
Our members have reacted to Komphela's comment, with some, oddly, having a few suggestions for the Naturena coach:
"If Komphela wants to save his job, he must do the unthinkable and win both the league and Nedbank Cup, and he must hire Rhulani Mokwena as his technical coach next season." – Puska
"This thing of playing well only in the second half, someday, will haunt us." – MpeshKC
"You can't use more defence than midfield, then think you can get goals. No, just change the method, attacking is fast and better." – tontshe rooi
"Komphela implemented a boring philosophy at Naturena. The first half was just so boring, at least the second half we saw goals though." –majenz
"I like Komphela, just when they want him out, he wins, then lose when it matters the most." – Ruud-Krol(mugabel)
Do you think Coach Rhulani will ever end up at Naturena?
