Earlier today, Supporters Club featured an article on the reaction of fans following the draw between Mamelodi Sundowns and Free State Stars on Wednesday night.
One of the comments came from a Kaizer Chiefs supporter, username #KingMoon:
"Pirates please let's share… take the Nedbank Cup and we (Chiefs) are going to take the League. Masandawana must not lift anything this season."
Fellow Supporters Club members have since reacted to the article, with some believing that the unity between the Soweto giants will only last for a short period of time as the two sides will face off next weekend.
See some of the responses from our members:
"Wow! How Soweto giants calling for 'unity' against Sundowns. Next week your unity will collapse when they fight for three points."-Matthews Matewu Hans
"Sorry member, we want it all! No sharing. Fight your battles, our standard is not the same. Steve (Komphela) won't touch a cup again this year."- Tsoni Pastoricoh Babalo
"Chiefs must make things easier for themselves, win the Nedbank Cup because we can't rely on other teams to do us a favour in the league."- Bheki Ndleleni Dlamini
"Sundowns is the only team that unify Chiefs and Pirates fans."- Mjabu Zuma
"Pirates and Chiefs are not friends. I'd rather see Sundowns win the league than Pirates. #khosifan."- Lukhangele Motlatsi Nyaniso
Do you think Amakhosi and Buccaneers can really unite against Masandawana?
