SuperSport United have made a decision on the future of Thulani Hlatshwayo at the club, with the player yet to feature for the side in 2023.
Hlatshwayo, who has been out recovering from injury, joined SuperSport on a one-year deal after his relationship with Soweto giants Orlando Pirates came to an end last season.

The deal 'Tyson' signed with SuperSport has an option to extend for another campaign and it appears management is happy with the contribution he has made.
It's been confirmed to the Siya crew by club CEO Stan Matthews that they will be keeping the former Bafana Bafana captain for at least another season.
"We will be keeping him. One (season) for now," Matthews confirmed to the Siya crew.
Hlatshwayo had a difficult period during his two seasons with the Buccaneers and was unable to fully settle in on the field, but he rediscovered his form with SuperSport in the first half of this season, before an injury hampered his progress. The 33-year-old, however, will still get an opportunity to keep making a mark with the Tshwane outfit when he returns from injury, as his contract will be extended.
The former Ajax Cape Town defender has made 15 appearances in all competition, with one goal to his name.

SuperSport, meanwhile, are also looking to keep striker Bradley Grobler for another season, when his current deal expires in June, as previously confirmed to the Siya crew by Matthews. Another player who is expected to stay for at least another season is Siphesihle Ndlovu.
