SuperSport United coach Gavin Hunt pulled no punches when delivering his thoughts on his side's performance in their shock Nedbank Cup exit at the hands of ABC Motsepe League side Dondol Stars.

For the second time in two seasons, SuperSport have been eliminated from the cup competition by a lower division side.
Last season, they were bundled out of the Nedbank Cup by Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila, which proved to be the end of coach Kaitano Tembo and this season followed in a similar vein after their shock 2-1 defeat, which drew heavy criticism from a disappointed Hunt.
"When you play this type of games you've got to score, take your chances and we didn't and obviously... You got to give them credit, they rode it a bit, they rode it and yeah there's nothing more you can say. I mean, we had enough chances. Just got to take them and we didn't take them and that's about it," Hunt told journalists after the game.
Eyebrows were raised when Hunt deployed Thamsanqa Gabuza at centre back, a shock, considering that the veteran is known for his abilities as a striker.
We gave people a chance tonight. We had players under different circumstances so, we've got a long season still, so it's important. We had players out there that should be good enough to win the game so you can give them a chance. We got Tyson out, but I don't want to go there. We should be good enough to win the game, we had enough opportunities, and we didn't take them," he continued.
