SuperSport United know what it's like losing their star players, and now that there's a new wonderkid on the block, Gavin Hunt is resigned to the fact that due to his high potential, he is also expected to enjoy a successful future elsewhere.
Young Shandre Campbell is touted to follow the likes of Thapelo Maseko and Ronwen Williams who had left SuperSport to raise their profiles by competing for bigger prizes and to compete in Africa's top competitions. Though, in terms of Campbell eventually leaving United, it is not clear where he could go next.

Since SuperSport can't compete financially with Sundowns at the moment, their model is to groom young players, even through their academy and in recent years they have lost many stars to South African champions Mamelodi Sundowns.
"Campbell is going get bought now is it? (smiles) So, it's going to be three in three years so it's a problem. Ja, we got to try to look at our conveyor belt all the time because of our situation," Hunt told journalists in a press conference on Monday.
The scenario isn't really new to Hunt who had star players leave when he clinched three successive league titles with Matsatsantsa between 2008 to 2010.
"Players are going to move all the time. It's very frustrating for the coach because you can never build anything. So, it's very difficult but that's the business we are in and that's how it works.
"But I agree with you, he is the next one (to leave) and there's a few more coming in as well (laughs). We have to," Hunt stated.
SuperSport's return to domestic duty didn't go the way they wanted after settling for a 1-1 draw with Stellenbosch FC the previous Friday evening.
