Dzvukamanja: Why Billiat Made A Good Decision

Dzvukamanja: Why Billiat Made A Good Decision

After almost eight months without a club, former Kaizer Chiefs forward Khama Billiat joined Yadah FC in Zimbabwe and now Terrence Dzvukamanja believes his countryman made the right decision.

In an exclusive interview with Soccer Laduma, the SuperSport United attacking midfielder referred to the many reports and rumours circulating in the media on Billiat.

Dzvukamanja also reacted to the timing of the Zimbabweans move back to the country of his birth.

"I am happy that he is playing football again. We all know that Khama (Billiat) loves football and he still has a lot to give to the game. But what I can tell you is that I was not aware of what was happening with him after he left Kaizer Chiefs," Dzvukamanja told Soccer Laduma.

"You know people can have rumours and I didn't have time to talk to him and hear from him what was happening. But now that he joined Yadah FC I think he made a decision which is good for him. He is happy where he is and that's what is important," Dzvukamanja added.

In addition to that, the Zimbabwean international discussed what Billiat's move means to his home country.

"Everyone wants to give back to his background here and there and now he is able to do that as he is playing there. The young players will also be able to learn from him with his vast experience which is good for both the young players as well as the league itself," Dzvukamanja concluded.
