In the league, Jose Riveiro's charges have won their last two matches, including an 8-1 drubbing of Marumo Gallants and a 1-0 win over Magesi to end 2024.
Pirates currently sit three points behind Mamelodi Sundowns, who have played a game more, but they can move top with a win this evening.
