On Wednesday, Ntseki spoke to the media about the expectations of Chiefs supporters who deserve better results from the team.
"We are all know there is always pressure at Chiefs. I came here knowing that there is pressure but we have to work and make sure that we turn things around for the team and our supporters," Ntseki told the media.
"We have passionate supporters who have suffered for some time now and we have to change things by winning and having good results," he said.
The former Bafana Bafana mentor added that Chiefs need a good start against Chippa United after a mixed bag of results during pre-season preparations. The match takes place this Sunday at 3pm.
"We played five games in the pre-season but people mainly saw the ones on TV and we learnt a lot from those games.
"Now, on Sunday we have to start well against Chippa and look at the other 29 games in the season. A good start will lift us up on the right path. We really need to do that and keep going," Ntseki concluded.
