EA Sports has released some statistics on how the new EA FC 24 game has been played globally since its September release.

Since the official release date of EA FC 24 on 29 September, the game has been well received by gamers globally, despite EA Sports moving away from the 'FIFA' title.

The US game publishers revealed how FC 24 has been played by their loyal customers in over 200 countries.

How The World Is Playing EA FC 24

It's been almost a month since EA Sports FC has been released, EA's first football video game since moving away from the 'FIFA' brand.

Not only has EA FC 24 surpassed FIFA 23's first week sales by a few million gamers, over one billion games have been played with over four billion goals being scored.

EA Sports also revealed that players with the most goals in the game. Liverpool's Darwin Nunez tops the men's list, while Australia and Chelsea star Sam Kerr tops the scoring charts for the woman.

The most played women's teams are FC Barcelona, Chelsea, and Arsenal, with Real Madrid, Manchester City and Barca dominating the men's.

Unsurprisingly, the English Premier League is the most utilised competition in the game so far and money-laden Saudi Pro League featuring in the top ten.
