Previously removed trio to return
With the EA FC 24 game dropping towards the end of the month, three players are set to be welcomed back into the game after facing accusations of sexual related crimes.
There's been loads of new information as well as leaks and questions surrounding EA Sports FC, with one of them being the potential return of Mendy, Siggurdson and Greenwood to EA Sports FC.
Starting with former Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood, who has been loaned out to LaLiga outfit Getafe.
The Englishman hasn't played since early 2022 and was removed from EA's FIFA title the same month. He was suspended by Man United after being taken to court amid charges that included allegations of attempted rape, engaging in controlling behaviour, and assault.
Greenwood's court case was dropped in February and was cleared of any wrongdoing by Manchester United before being loaned out, which opens up the door for him to return to the game.
Same goes for Ex-Manchester City defender Benjamin Mendy. The Frenchman signed for Ligue 1 outfit Lorient just days after he was found not guilty of rape and attempted rape.
Mendy is set to return to EA FC 24 after being found not guilty for the charges of alleged assault put against him. He was released by Manchester City in June after his contract expired with the club, allowing the World Cup winner to join Lorient on a free transfer.

Icelandic midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson hasn't played football following his trial for alleged sex offences a coupe of years ago.
In July 2021, an unnamed Premier League footballer was arrested on suspicion of child sex offences, with Sigurdsson's club at the time, Everton, suspending a first-team player without giving away his identity.
Sigurdsson's case was not given any publicity and details have never been released and wasn't included in FIFA 23. The 33-year-old recently joined Danish league outfit Lyngby, which could confirm his return to EA Sports' upcoming football game.
