The story
It's been less than two weeks since the official release of the new EA FC 25 and it has become the worst-reviewed football game ever released by the company.
Since the launch of this year's iteration, gamers have pointed out numerous issues and problems with EA FC 25.
Formerly known as "FIFA," EA dropped the iconic name in 2024 after failing to secure a new licensing deal with the world football governing body, forcing a split after a successful two-decade relationship.

It's not new for gamers to complain about the lack of upgrades in a new EA sports game but these frustrations are now being reflected in the reviews, with EA FC 25 achieving the lowest Google audience rating in the series' history.
As reported by a host of overseas gaming publications, EA FC gamers are let down by the lack of meaningful updates from the previous year, pointing out a host of bugs and gameplay problems.
Although the Google audience rating for EA FC 25 has been on a steady since it's FIFA title days, a 1.6 rating out of a possible 5 will have the EA bosses scrambling to come up with a solution to please their loyal customer base.
